Power Vinyasa Flow. “An energetic vinyasa-style class blending strength and stamina through various postures, creative sequencing, and fun transitions. This flow emphasizes the link of breath with movement, including arm balances and inversions to strengthen the body. Each class incorporates 1-2 yin-style postures a the end of each class to work more deeply into the fascia networks and connective tissues in preparation for relaxing savasana.”


Class is warm, 80-85 degrees to allow bodies to relax and soften easier.

Kids yoga

Kids Yoga Class A fun and interactive class that introduces kids ages 4- 10 to the fundamentals of Yoga. More a Yoga playground than a strictly structured class, participants build movement skills while learning about Yoga, postures, breathing techniques and other elements of Yoga practice.

Ages: 4 to 10, Kids may bring an older sibling or friends. Parents are welcome to drop off their child and return at the end of class, or stay with us in the room and observe and or participate. Namaste!
